Minimising Gas Traps

– As maximum of oxygen content has been carried out the amount of gas trapped in steel becomes very low. So chances of pin holes and blow holes in billets/blooms are significantly lesser.
– Fossil flux reacts with nitrogen and also, and it is much beneficial for scrap and also pallet based processes. There is no way to keep nitrogen out from the liquid metal but with the help of our chemical composition the process shall see a significant nitrogen content drop.

Inclusion free clean steel

– As all the inclusion react with flux and come up carrying silica a heavy foamy slag layer is formed which reacts with the inert gasses to evaporate the inclusion in such a way providing clean liquid metal free of inclusions upto the maximum extent.
